The Adair County Health Department will present the Healthy Living with Diabetes 4-classseries in May. The class dates are May 14, 16, 21, and 23 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. CST each day. This free class is designed to teach you how to manage diabetes, eat healthy, and become more active. The class is led by a Certified Diabetes Educator.
