The Adair County Community Voice is pleased to announce the 20 Under 40 Class of 2025.
Close to 100 nominations were received from the community, and a committee worked diligently to select a group of young men and women who serve our community proudly, who exemplify excellence, and who serve as mentors and leaders.
“Our 20 Under 40” program is my favorite project of the Voice,” said Publisher Sharon Burton. “We take this opportunity to celebrate young men and women who have made decisions in their lives to have a positive impact on people around them. They strive to be contributors, to invest in their families and their community.”
The program is only offered every two years and relies on local sponsors who help cover the costs. For the first time, FBLA is also helping coordinate the project.
The 20 winners will be featured in an upcoming edition of the Community Voice and will be honored during the 20 Under 40 banquet starting at 6 p.m. on Thursday, July 31 at the VFW Post 6097, located at 500 Greenhills Rd., Columbia.
A limited number of tickets are available to the public. They can be reserved by calling 270-634-4164 with a credit card or drop by with payment at the Community Voice office at 316 Public Square.
