A scavenger hunt at Columbia Cemetery will be held Monday, Oct. 19, as part of the Silent City 20th anniversary festivities.
The Adair County Genealogical Society, Adair Genealogy and History Research Center and Adair County Public Library are hosting the event, which will award a prize to the winning individual or team.
Participants should meet at 5 p.m. at the Research Center, 307 Greensburg St., to receive a list of items and instructions. Participants will then walk to the cemetery together to search for answers.
The first individual or team to return with all or the most correct answers will win the prize. Participants may submit photographic answers or use pen and paper. There are no age restrictions.
