Bobby Lynn Kimbler, of Russell Springs passed away Monday June 30, 2025, at UK Medical Center in Lexington. He was 67 years of age.
Born September 15, 1957 in Columbia, he was a son of the late Orlie and Mary Bunch Kimbler. Bobby was a master plumber and owner of Kimbler’s Plumbing, LLC. He considered himself a life-long learner and was always up for any challenge that he faced. Bobby had a wonderful sense of humor and was a great storyteller. He enjoyed drag racing and spending time reading his bible. Bobby dearly loved his family and will be missed by all who knew him.
Survivors include his beloved wife, Connie Hare Kimbler, of Russell Springs; two sons, Steven Kimbler of Lexington, and Robert “Robbie” (Lucenda) Kimbler of Summersville; special daughter, Jenny Burton of Bowling Green; brother, Joe (Leah) Kimbler, of Columbia; and three grandchildren.
Funeral services are 10am Thursday, July 3, 2025 at Bernard Funeral Home with Bro. Delvin Wilson and Bro. Kenny Kimbler officiating. Burial will follow in Russell Springs City Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Bobby’s memory to the American Cancer Society or Gideon’s International. These can be left at the funeral home.
