Doug Holt, 63, of Columbia died Friday, February 20, 2026, at Med Center Health in Bowling Green. He was born July 7, 1962 in Russell County and was a former carpenter and logger.
He was preceded in death by his father, Vernon Ray Holt; and a brother, Jackie Holt.
Survivors include his mother, Lois Crockett Holt of Columbia; his son, Josh Holt of Columbia; four grandchildren, Steven Holt, Michael Holt, Jasmine Holt and Grace Holt; and several other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with burial in Crockett Cemetery in Russell County.
