Eva Mae Wilkinson, 99, of Columbia, died Saturday, September 19, 2026 at her home.
She was born October 31, 1926, in Adair County, to the late Isaac and Dellia Frances Allison Smith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Wilkinson; a great-grandson, Eli Luke Smith; and her brother, Buddy Smith.
Eva Mae was a life-long member of Mt. Carmel Church, a member of the Green River Homemaker Club for 66 years, a former Discharge Planner at Westlake Cumberland Hospital and a homemaker.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Danny and Sandy Wilkinson of Columbia; her daughter, Donna Simpson of Columbia; three grandchildren, Brittany Smith (Kyle), Derek Wilkinson (Jessica) and Jessica Simpson (Deven Stone); three great-grandchildren, Abby Lou Smith, Mason Wilkinson and Cooper Wilkinson; her special care-takers, neighbors and friends whom she loved just like family
Funeral services were held September 22, 2026 at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home. Bro. Steve Willis and Bro. David Kemp officiated.
Burial in Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
Casket Bearers were Deven Stone, Amos Tackett, Jordan Tackett, Brayden Tackett, Hayden Tackett and Landen Tackett. Honorary casket bearers were Mike Smith and Larry Stotts.
