A jury has been selected and opening statements from attorneys are expected to get underway at noon central time today in the murder trial of Philip Bruce Hadley.
The trial was moved to Casey County Circuit Court after difficulty in seating a jury in Adair County Monday. Hadley is accused of murdering his son, Jordan Hadley, in January. Circuit Judge Judy Vance Murphy is presiding over the trial and Commonwealth's Attorney Brian Wright is the prosecuting attorney. Elmer Geoge and Jude Hagan represent Hadley.
