Mike Harrison, 65, of London, formerly of Columbia, died Tuesday, July 21, 2016 at U.K. Medical Center in Lexington.
He was born December 2, 1960, in Covington to the late Wesley and Velma Carman Harrison. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson, Nicholas Wilson; two brothers, Jim Harrison and Ron Harrison; and two sisters, Marilyn May and Ann Elizabeth Harrison.
Mike was a 1978 graduate of Adair County High School, where he played on the Indians football team. He was a U.S. Army Veteran, a member of First Church of the Nazarene in London and was employed by the United States Postal Service.
Survivors include his wife, Luna Caducly Harrison of London; one daughter, Alicia Dawn of Louisville; one stepson, Todd Oom of Bowling Green; one sister, Ruth Ann Burton of Campbellsville; three grandchildren, Caleb Wilson, Kaylee Jade Wilson and Kayden Wilson; and several other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held Monday, July 27, 2026 at at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home. Bro. Kyle Bargo officiated. Burial in Columbia Cemetery with full military honors presented by V.F.W. Post 6097.
Grissom-Martin Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
